Though not as individually tailored as employer information-session days, career fair participation allow employers to:

ENSURE SUCCESS through:

PRE-EVENT PREPARATION: Clearly define goals and prepare compelling materials, including company brochures and job descriptions, to attract students.

ENGAGING BOOTH SETUP: Design an inviting and informative booth with interactive elements, such as demos or presentations, to engage students.

EFFECTIVE FOLLOW-UP: Gather contact information and follow up promptly with interested students, providing additional information and next steps in the recruitment process.
